The Harrison County Democratic Party will have a float at the Elizabeth Memorial Day parade (yes, it is on Memorial Day- Monday). We will have our wagon for riders and will need others to pass out candy. The parade begins at 11:00 A.M., but we will start lining up between 10:00 and 10:30. Several of our candidates will also have entries in the parade, including Terry L. Miller, candidate for Harrison County Commissioner, Heidi Sellers, candidate for Indiana State Representative, District 70, and Rachael Armstrong, candidate for Prosecuting Attorney. Come out and support our party and honor those that gave their lives in service to our great nation.
Rachael will have her Army Truck driven by her husband, Rob, an Afghanistan war veteran. Terry L. Miller is a U.S. Air Force veteran. Roger D. Davis, our candidate for Judge is a Vietnam Veteran, and Councilman Gordon Pendleton is a U.S. Army Veteran. Harrison County Democratic Party Chairman Jim Kincaid is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
