The Harrison County Democratic Party will hold a caucus on Wednesday, May 28 at 7:00 P.M. at the Harrison County Government Center. At this caucus, the Harrison County Democratic Party will fill ballot vacancies for the following offices on the November ballot:
- Harrison County Auditor
- Harrison County Council, District 4
- Spencer Township Advisory Board, Place 3
Rules will be adopted by the Chairman at the beginning of the meeting. Precinct chairs who have held the position for at least 30 days are eligible to vote. All precinct chairs are eligible to vote for Harrison County Auditor. Precinct chairs in Boone, Heth, Posey, Taylor, Washington, Webster Townships, plus the South Harrison Precinct are eligible to vote for the Harrison County Council, District 4 vacancy. The remaining place on the Spencer Township Advisory Board will be determined by the two precinct chairs in Spencer Township. Any ties will be broken by the Central Committee Chairman.
